30 days before your existing membership expires (your expiry date is shown on your membership card), you will receive an automated email reminding you that your membership is about to expire and inviting you to renew. This email will contain a link that will take you to a renewal page. This page will show your name and address and current membership level. If no changes are required, you can make the payment and you are done. If you want to make some changes, such as converting from a General to a Master membership, or adding a family membership or Indoor Range Access, you can make that change and then make the payment. That’s all there is to it.
The link in the email is good for 60 days, so you have that long to make your renewal payment. After 60 days of non payment, your membership will expire.
You can also make your renewal payment from our website beginning 30 days before your membership is about to expire. To do this, click on “RWF Member Login” from the top menu on our website and select “On-Line Billing”. Once you logon with your password, you will see your membership invoice waiting for you. All you need to do is click on the invoice and make the payment.
