First, we would like to sincerely apologize for the delay in getting both membership cards and gate cards out to existing and new members who have purchased them.
As many of you know, the RWF is a volunteer-based organization, and we’ve maintained a good core group for many years. Unfortunately, in December 2025 we experienced a significant setback with the loss of one of those core members, Eric Bunce, as many of you may already be aware. This was further compounded by a serious health issue that impacted another core volunteer. As you might have guessed, both of these individuals were instrumental in our membership processing, and their absence has had a profound impact on processing times.
Since January 2026, we have been onboarding new personnel to handle membership processing. This has proven to be challenging due to the many facets involved in processing memberships, and training new volunteers takes time to ensure all aspects are handled accurately. We would sincerely appreciate your patience as we work through this transition.
